Do you ship to the U.S?
Yes, we now offer shipping to the U.S and internationally. But please be advised that you may have to pay extra for customs.
How long before my order is shipped?
We aim to have customers orders shipped within 2-3 business days of the order. During busier times (holidays & sales) please except to wait approximately 2 - 10 days. But the minute your order is shipped you will be notified.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been ship you will be given a tracking number which you can use to keep track of where your package is.
What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
If your order has already been shipped unfortunately we cannot cancel your order. You are able to send it back to use and we will refund your account the order cost and return shipping cost.
What if I need to change my order?
If your order has not been processed (shipped), then we are more then willing to change your order for you. Just send us an email at email@example.com and include your order number and the change you want to make and we will change it up for you ASAP.
*Please note that we process orders between 12-24 hours of receiving. If your change is after 24 hours you may not be able to change your order*
